Pet policy: We are pet friendly! Both dogs and cats are allowed!
Pets - Max 2 Allowed
We do not have a pet deposit
One-time Pet Fee: $300 per household
Monthly Pet Rent: $30 per household
The weight limit is 35 lbs. per pet
We do allow hamsters, birds, fish and rabbits. Caged or in Aquarium only. Pet policy fees apply for all types of pets (except fish) & exotic pets are included in the max number allowed (except for fish). Fish tanks must not exceed 20 gallons
We do not accept any aggressive breeds or pets over 35lbs. American Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shephard, Doberman Pinscher, Cane Corso, Wolf Hybrid, any dog that has a percentage of or mix of the above breeds is not allowed. Any canine or other dogs and hybrids thereof is prohibited. Farm animals are not allowed. Venomous animals/reptiles are not allowed. Predatory fish are not allowed. Other restrictions may apply. Please see manager for approval prior to bringing the pet onto the property. Property manager must have veterinarian records from your licensed veterinarian prior to approval. You are responsible for picking up after your pet. Failure to do so is considered a lease violation.
